When SCS consults on a school project we are responsible for the recruitment of both academic and non-academic staff. We have over the past 10 years recruited staff for some of India’s leading IB, Cambridge, ICSE and CBSE schools.

We are happy to announce that we are now offering recruitment services to schools and candidates for the following positions.

• Academic Coordinator – ICSE & CBSE Schools
• PYP Coordinator

Our very experienced team will conduct detailed interviews with candidates, as well as with the school management, to ensure that there is clarity of expectations on both sides. We believe that each position in a school is unique and requires a different set of skill sets and experience based on the very specific requirements of the position and the culture of the school.

We will oversee the interview process for pre-qualified candidates, and handhold the selected candidate as well as the school until he or she takes up the position.
